Beth Hall
Beth Hall is a highly accomplished Global Sales and Partnerships leader with over 20 years of experience. Her areas of expertise include cross-functional sales, strategy, and leadership. As a top performer, she has a demonstrated track record of building, leading, and inspiring high-performing teams in multiple companies, including VC-backed, private, and large public multinationals.
At BMC Software, Beth served as the Area Vice President of Channel Strategy and Revenue for the Americas. She led a large, Geo and culturally diverse team in this role, spearheading relationships with SAP, AWS, TD SYNNEX, and many large resell partners.
While at SAP SuccessFactors, Beth worked as the Global Head of Sales Excellence, Strategy, and Execution for Partner ecosystems. She worked closely with large SAP partners to increase revenue, ideation, and customer success. Her experience spans years of in-country global experiences.
Her significant achievements include consistently exceeding revenue targets with double-digit growth, forging strategic regional partnerships, securing crucial large-scale Global partnerships, and consistently surpassing multi-million dollar ACV quotas. Beyond her professional success, Beth actively serves on non-profit Boards, volunteers in her community, and advocates for diversity and women in the tech industry, making her a respected mentor and leader.
Cay Gliebe
She also has extensive experience with designing solutions for multiple HR processes for large and mid-size global companies and assisting companies with improving HR service delivery. As a leader, she continually assesses the expansion and refinement of offerings and acts as the liaison to internal development teams to ensure those offerings meet customers’ needs. Cay is viewed as a Thought Leader in the marketplace, speaking at and leading industry events. Cay has held numerous leadership positions across organizations that span corporate America, provider community and the military.
She is visionary and can help any organization map and deliver a road to success. Her broad experiences enable her to understand the complexities that organizations are facing in defining and executing their Sales, Marketing and HR transformation strategies. She knows what customers need and she knows what the organization needs. With her leadership talent, she effectively brings together solutions that enable organizations to exceed their goals and objectives.

Denis Tournesac
Denis Tournesac, based in Bordeaux, France, is an experienced executive, lecturer, and consultant in the Cloud Software and HR Information Systems industry. Currently, he shares his expertise at Cloud’In, teaching at notable business schools like Inseec, ISG, and Idrac and providing consulting services to companies.
Before Cloud’In, Denis held leadership roles at SAP and NGA Human Resources, focusing on business development, sales operations, and partner ecosystem strategy. His career started at Control Data Systems, where he progressed to Executive VP for Southern Europe.
Denis holds an MBA from the EM Lyon business school and attended an Executive Leadership program at INSEAD. Endorsed by numerous peers for his skills in BPO, Business Alliances, and Business Development, Denis is also a recipient of the SAP Alumni Award.
Shad Adair
Shad is a former managing Partner with Hula Partners LLC where he served as the head of sales, marketing, client relations and strategic alliances. Shad specializes in transforming small to mid-size companies into profitable enterprises. Over the past 10 years, Shad created over $200m in value to these organizations.
As the former CEO of a fast growth analytics firm, Shad brought leadership, vision and operational excellence to a successful launch bringing the entity to profitability in less than 18 months while yielding revenue growth of 200% and profit growth of 293%. Accolades include recognition by Gartner as a 2013 Cool Vendor in SAP Ecosystem as a result of intensive marketing campaigns.
His ability to provide creative, viable, effective solutions to his clients’ business issues is second to none. He is extremely dedicated to his staff and always puts the human side of the business equation first. He is an exceptional business leader, and more importantly, he is an outstanding human being.
Brad Cooper
After several years of research and discussion, he and a partner developed a paradigm for managing training that would satisfy the needs of most, if not all, event-based training management needs.
That paradigm became the core of the Plateau Learning Management System (SuccessFactors LMS). His experiences in leading the advancements in learning management systems and in helping customers use their systems to their greatest advantage provide him with a unique perspective on how to manage training, especially for the complex world of regulated training.
