Five advisors, each operating at the senior level of their domain — sales and channel strategy, HR consulting, cloud software in the EU, entrepreneurial scaling, and learning technology.

Their collective experience spans SAP, BMC Software, NGA, multiple SuccessFactors implementations, and the early architecture of the Plateau LMS that became SuccessFactors LMS. They challenge the strategy in board reviews, open doors to relationships we wouldn’t have on our own, and ensure every major decision is pressure-tested against operating experience that pre-dates our own.

20+ years in cross-functional sales, strategy, and leadership. Most recently AVP Channel Strategy & Revenue (Americas) at BMC Software; previously Global Head of Sales Excellence, Strategy & Execution for Partner Ecosystems at SAP SuccessFactors. Built strategic regional and global partnerships with SAP, AWS, TD SYNNEX, and major resell partners. Active mentor, non-profit board member, and advocate for diversity in tech.
