First SuccessFactors module live in 8–12 weeks. Designed for organisations starting their SAP journey or replacing a single legacy point solution.

One SuccessFactors module configured to your scope (typically Employee Central or Performance & Goals); data migration from legacy source with reconciliation; integration to identity (Azure AD or SAP IPS); role-based training; two weeks of hypercare; and documentation auditors accept. Typical scope: 8–12 weeks, joint Renew HR + client team.

02 Scale

Three-to-four module SuccessFactors deployment in 16–20 weeks. The talent suite (EC + Performance & Goals + Compensation), or HR core + a comp / recruiting addition.

04 Enterprise
