Sabya Mitra is the Founder and CEO of Renew HR. Before founding the firm, he led the SuccessFactors practice for some of the world’s largest system integrators — IBM, NGA, Rapidigm, Fujitsu, Wipro, HCL, and Infosys — running complex global HR transformation projects across the US, Europe, South East Asia, India, the Middle East, China, and Latin America.

His expertise spans consulting, sales, practice development, and HR software deployment, anchored on an MBA in HR from XLRI — Xavier School of Management in India and deep technical fluency in SAP HCM, Ramco, and SuccessFactors. What separates Sabya in the consultancy market is the combination — academic depth in HR strategy plus operating fluency in the platforms that deliver it.
