Our Blog.

HR strategy, SuccessFactors deployment, benefits administration, and the practitioner perspective on transformation — from our team and our guest writers.

About the blog

Inside-out meets
outside-in.

Our practice writing about what we do; guest practitioners writing about what they do. The combination is what makes a blog actually worth reading.

Welcome to the Renew HR blog. What can you expect? All things HR — domain content, advisory perspectives, technology analysis, SuccessFactors deep-dives, and a lot of guest content from practitioners with viewpoints we don’t have.

We think the blog is enriched by our guest bloggers writing from an outside-in perspective, while we write from an inside-out perspective. Two angles on the same problem space. It is the kind of complete picture of HR — current state and where it is going — that a single-voice blog cannot deliver.

The best HR analysis combines the practitioner running it with the consultancy implementing it.
